6. WhatsApp, external services and international processing
This website contains links that open WhatsApp. When you use WhatsApp, its provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not share more personal or financial information than necessary until you have confirmed that you are communicating through our official channel.
Some service providers may process personal data outside Malaysia. Where a cross-border transfer is necessary, we will take steps required by applicable law, including appropriate safeguards or another lawful basis for the transfer.
7. Cookies, analytics and website tools
At this effective date, this website does not operate an online enquiry form and does not load an analytics or advertising tag. It may still generate essential hosting and security logs.
Before we enable non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, a form provider or another tool that changes how data is processed, we will update this notice and implement any notice or consent mechanism required by law.
8. Security and retention
We take reasonable practical steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access is limited to people and providers with a legitimate need to know. No internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.

9. Your rights and choices
Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may ask about your personal data and request access to, or correction of, data we hold. You may also withdraw consent or object to direct marketing where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may affect our ability to provide a requested service.
